We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  You have 5 days from the receipt of purchase to notify frenchpastrystore@gmail.com.  Please email us and include images of the product (showing specific damage, if any).  If the product is electric, we also require a video demonstrating that it does not power on, etc.

We will provide you with a return code and all necessary instructions.

Your purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.  This can take up to 2-weeks.
